Analisis Implementasi Program Ponek Di Rsud Sleman Melalui Pendekatan Model Van Meter Van Horn

Background: The maternal mortality rate, newborns in Sleman Regency is quite high. death rate can be prevented by implementing the Emergency Neonatal Care (EmNC) program. RSUD a 24-hour EmNC hospital, has been running program since 2012.Objectives: To find out at through Van Meter Horn model approach to see implementation performance on aspects: standards, targets, and policy objectives; resource; communication between units, organizational character; attitude of implementers.Method: Research with mix method approach. Quantitative data were collected questionnaires, qualitative in-depth interviews key informants: person charge program, doctors, nurses, midwives, management leaders. Data analysis using descriptive techniques.Results Discussion: Aspects goals, objectives resources, inter-organizational are included good category. On aspect characteristics, implementers sufficient category.Conclusion: from objectives, organizations categorized as good, but aspects characteristics adequate.Keywords: emergency; obstetrics; neonates; service; vanmeter van horn.
